4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing for our construction services will be provided in a detailed quote based on your specific project requirements. Payment terms, including deposits and installments, will be clearly outlined in our contract. We reserve the right to adjust prices for unforeseen circumstances or changes in project scope.

5. PROJECT TIMELINE

While we strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe, various factors such as weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen structural issues may affect the completion date. We will communicate any significant delays promptly and work diligently to minimize their impact.

6. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES

CreatorNumeric provides a warranty on workmanship for a period specified in your contract. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not extend to normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or damage cainflicted by the client or third parties. Manufacturer warranties on materials will be passed on to the client.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CreatorNumeric's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

8. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as per the conditions outlined in the contract. Termination fees may apply as specified in your agreement.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, plans, and documents created by CreatorNumeric remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may use these materials for the specific project they were created for but may not reproduce or use them for other purposes without our express permission.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CreatorNumeric is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

CreatorNumeric reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified terms.
